The 20’x40′ High Peak Frame Tent can be setup on asphalt, grass or flat surfaces.
The service includes professional setup and teardown of the tent, but the cost of delivery will be determined based on location, ease of access, and time frame requirements.
We use stakes for anchoring when possible and customers are encouraged to call 811 and mark utilities before installation and sign a liability waiver. If staking is not possible, concrete weights will be required at an additional cost and the tent site must be approved for use with block dollies. Concrete anchoring may not be possible if there are hills, gravel, or other hazards near the tent site.
